Serve as the first point of contact for facility-related inquiries, including logging and tracking work orders.
Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Support the Operation Excellence Manager in achieving KPIs, SLAs, and budget targets.
Manage customer communication, gather feedback, and assist with service improvement initiatives.
Assist with reporting, documentation, and performance tracking.
Ensure all activities comply with safety, health, and statutory regulations.
Support vendor management and procurement activities for maintenance work.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification; must be computer literate.
At least 2 years of experience in a call centre or related field.
Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
