Role Description This is a full-time on-site Help Desk & Information Technology Support Officer role at Midascom Network Sdn Bhd located in Kajang. The officer will provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. They will coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure operations and services are running smoothly. The officer will also be responsible for maintaining IT inventory, equipment and systems. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Information Technology or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Technically competent with good analytical skills, result oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance. Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, excellent time management, priorities and organizational skills to work on multi-tasks with high sense of urgency and tight deadlines. Possess own transport Willing to travel when required Range Salary: RM 2500 - RM 3500
