Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1-2 years\' experience in IT related field.
Advantages knowledge in accounting system.
Computer literate and with fair spoken, written English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Good knowledge in computer hardware, windows and networking.
Excellent problem-solving skills with good technical and logical skills.
Able to work in team, hardworking and initiative in problem solving.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
Driving license

Responsibilities

To support and maintain the organization\'s computing environment as company main IT support personnel.
Troubleshoot and resolve computer issues.
Performs housekeeping and regular health check on cloud servers, applications, operating system, peripherals, and networks, to ensure smooth operations and compliance to company policies.
Liaise with respective vendors whenever the hardwares and softwares are beyond the company capability.
Collaborate with management to create new IT policies for the organization.
Other designated tasks on IT administration related issues.
