: 1. To explain with clients regarding Kulai Fast Lane e-License 2. To answer simple questions regarding Kulai Fast Lane e-License 3. To record and escalate any issue regarding Kulai Fast Lane e-License to Support Center in Redmine 4. To assist client in collecting installation details, and registration of Kulai Fast Lane e-License 5. To do any task assigned by the company Requirement: 1. Possess at least in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2. At least 1 year\'s experience as a Helpdesk 3. Fluent in speaking and writing in Bahasa Melayu and English 4. Have basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office 5. Willing to learn something new 6. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
