- Install, Configure, Test, Manage & Maintain Operation Systems, Application Software and System Management Tools
- Monitor & Test Application Performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solution and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to client via phone, email, support portal and remote support
- Liaise with Vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Requirement study for new systems and help implementation and monitor system effectiveness
- Responsible for User Training and Feedback
- To carry out other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Capable of liaising with project manager (if involve in projects) and respecting deadlines.
- To provide technical consultancy and capable of handling change request and issue raised by multiple client accounts.
- Must be able to work on weekends/public holiday and standby after working hours (will be on weekly rotation basis with other colleagues)
