- Applicants with a diploma/ advanced/ higher diploma, bachelor\'s degree, or professional degree in business admin or related field.
- Can accept for fresh graduate, but must be from diploma or degree candidates
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience as sales administrator or other administrative role
- SPM holders with related experience can be reviewed
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working Hours: 8:30a.m - 5:30a.m, Monday to Friday
- Create sales\' quotation and cost sheet by gathering customers\' requirements from sales executive and costs from vendors
- Provide support in contact and bidding preparation and customer registration
- To follow-up with customers for order status for the quotations made and get in order intake/ P.O.
- Communicate and provide timely responses between sales, operations, and factory
- Salary Package: Basic from RM 3500 - RM 4000
- Work-Life Balance, normal working shift hours
- Annual leaves can be accumulated up to 42 days!
