• Fluent in Malay, Chinese, and English.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all Airbnb units are clean, well-maintained, and in good condition.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring they are smooth and hassle-free for guests.
• Be readily available to guests to address any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise during their stay.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to schedule repairs and cleaning sessions between guest stays.
• Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, maintenance schedules, and guest communications.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
