Online Travel Platform Management: Oversee and manage our presence on various online travel platforms (OTAs). This includes optimizing listings, managing rates and availability, and responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Lead Generation: Utilize your marketing expertise to attract and convert leads into guests for our hotels and homestays. Implement effective strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic to our properties.
Support for Multiple Properties: Provide marketing support and guidance to all our different hotels and homestays. Collaborate closely with property managers to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Booking Management: Efficiently handle daily booking tasks, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure a seamless booking process for guests from start to finish.
