Job Description

• Act as the single point-of-contact for all key clients & facilitate resolution of their queries by liaising with all the internal partners like: Operations, Compliance, Sales, Product Team, etc.
• Play a key role in timely resolution of queries and optimal service delivery within desired timelines.
• Act as a focal point for all service-level initiatives - Pro-actively engage Sales & Product teams and provide business leads on key parameters like: Volume, Product, Revenue trends, etc from Key Customers - Establish healthy business relations with Customers for securing repeat business & long term Customer loyalty
• Work closely with the Operations Teams in identifying opportunities for improvement in the process, geared towards enhancing the over-all 'Customer experience'
• Consider risk and control issues when providing solutions to Customers & ensure pro-active escalation of key issues
• Responsible for creation of external strategic partnerships and managing regulators.
• Managing cross functional relationships with operations, relationship managers, and customer support.
• Responsible for management reporting and local/regional statistical reporting requirements.

• Must proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin(Read, Write & Speak) and English. Ability to converse in other languages will be advantageous.
• A recognized tertiary qualification in Banking, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Management. Previous experience in financial services and knowledge of bank products in the scope of Supplier Finance will be advantageous.
• Able to work with team or independently in highly challenging environment.
• Good problem solving & analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Exposure to Client interaction and have a flair for customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skill. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
