*More than 8 years experieance in a medical or veterinary establishment *Ability to assist front desk officer on client registration, billing, enquires and etc. *Maintain client data accurately and consistently *Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one & small group situations to clients *Ability to convey messages accurately, clearly and on time with proper timely follow-up *Ability to attend to customer needs/inquiries, complaints and resolve grievances *Able to work on rotation basis *Must have good customer service skills and handle customer/client in any situation *Fluent English , Bahasa & Chinese (would be an added advantage ) *Computer literate *Loves Pets ! *Preferred education background in Biomedical Science / Pure Science (Animal Husbandry) / Pet Lover. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
