Job Description


Our client is the largest Chinese multi-functional co-working space office located at Seremban. They are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as Office Front Desk Personnel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a strong work ethic. The additional job description and responsibilities are as below:

  • Serve refreshments to the co-working members (preparing coffee/tea).
  • Assist co-working members in printing.
  • Receiving call inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Parcel and mail handling
  • General office caretaker works.
  • Manage Facebook advertisement and posting.
  • Able to work from 8 am to 4 pm or 3 pm to 10 pm.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
  • Parental leave

  • Monday to Friday
