We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Hospitality to join our HBT/BMS team in our Malaysia office. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales, your focus will be established business plans for Hospitality vertical to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will develop marketplace opportunities, lead sales pursuits, oversee internal processes, and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals. You will also ensure a safe and engaged workforce and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with the district manager, peers at a pole level, employees and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Accountable for global strategic sales and business development to sell hospitality solutions to our global customers and drive the AOP.
\xc2\xb7 Represent as the key interface for the hospitality vertical and be able to articulate the value proposition to our global customers.
\xc2\xb7 Devise and execute global growth strategy in hospitality verticals in global markets except North America.
\xc2\xb7 Work with partner and HON offices across the globe to identify viable and winnable sales opportunities, improving organization\'s selling and close success.
\xc2\xb7 Drive, motivate and support the regional teams to achieve their goals for the Hospitality AOP. Develop selling competencies in the sellers and account managers locally.
\xc2\xb7 Develop a sales process to include target and penetration strategies and measurements of success. Analyse past losses and wins to construct a profile of targets and strategies; develop the international vertical sales strategy for all lines of business at HBT.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with functional teams like Global Products, Marketing etc. team to ensure the needs of the global regions are relayed timely.
\xc2\xb7 Lead change and make it easier for the regional teams to sell Hospitality solutions locally.
\xc2\xb7 Evaluate business risk and escalate/act proactively.
MUST HAVE:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree or Master of Business Administration or equivalent
\xc2\xb7 5-7 years of Hospitality experience in Sales/Account Management related field
