Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment industry is an advantage.
• Pleasant appearance, friendly personality, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English fluently (other languages are an advantage).
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests.
• Strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well-groomed, disciplined, and a good team player.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist in seating arrangements and ensure guests are comfortable.
• Build and maintain good relationships with guests and regular patrons.
• Promote upcoming events, promotions, and special offers.
• Coordinate with the operation and PR teams to ensure excellent guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Represent the brand image through appearance and attitude.
• Assist in organizing and attending company events or VIP gatherings.
• Monitor the guest area to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager as required.
