We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Hotel Manager
to oversee daily hotel operations in Melaka Tengah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth management of all departments, delivering excellent guest experiences, and driving the hotel's profitability through effective leadership and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
Ensure a high standard of service and hospitality is consistently delivered to guests.
Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management/owners.
Support marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility and bookings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
