Overseeing and be responsible for the overall management of the Hotel Group of outlets.
Manage profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction target are meet and exceeded.
Ensure Co\xe2\x80\x99s short- and long-term goals and objectives are achieved in accordance with Management\xe2\x80\x99s vision and mission.
Monitor, control and analyze budget, targets, objectives, and goals for performance.
Providing leadership skill, guidance and support to the team and ensure that they are well equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles.
Achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets.
To be financially aware of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and do all possible to accomplish targets.
To ensure hotel occupancy and average rate targets are sustained in line with projections detailed in the Annual Business Plan.
To establish sales targets and highlight any variances with actual sales figures and recommend what action should be taken to remedy significant variances.
To resolve all discrepancies among the staff of his/her department.
Considering his/her role as a representative of the Hotel, he/she will conduct himself/herself correctly in a professional manner.
Set an example of honesty and professionalism inside and outside of the Hotel.
To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess Degree or Professional Certificate in Hotel Management/ Hospitality/ Tourism.
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in hotel management, senior management position.
Versatile, able to multi task in challenging and demanding environment.
Demonstratives passion and enthusiasm for an organization\xe2\x80\x99s vision and the ability to motivate lead and empower others to achieve organization goals.
Good business acumen with excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, highly committed, able to work independently and proactively.
Strong leadership skills and customer focused.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation and oversea as and when required.
