Job Description


s:

  • Overseeing and be responsible for the overall management of the Hotel Group of outlets.
  • Manage profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction target are meet and exceeded.
  • Ensure Co\xe2\x80\x99s short- and long-term goals and objectives are achieved in accordance with Management\xe2\x80\x99s vision and mission.
  • Monitor, control and analyze budget, targets, objectives, and goals for performance.
  • Providing leadership skill, guidance and support to the team and ensure that they are well equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles.
  • Achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets.
  • To be financially aware of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and do all possible to accomplish targets.
  • To ensure hotel occupancy and average rate targets are sustained in line with projections detailed in the Annual Business Plan.
  • To establish sales targets and highlight any variances with actual sales figures and recommend what action should be taken to remedy significant variances.
  • To resolve all discrepancies among the staff of his/her department.
  • Considering his/her role as a representative of the Hotel, he/she will conduct himself/herself correctly in a professional manner.
  • Set an example of honesty and professionalism inside and outside of the Hotel.
  • To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess Degree or Professional Certificate in Hotel Management/ Hospitality/ Tourism.
  • Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in hotel management, senior management position.
  • Versatile, able to multi task in challenging and demanding environment.
  • Demonstratives passion and enthusiasm for an organization\xe2\x80\x99s vision and the ability to motivate lead and empower others to achieve organization goals.
  • Good business acumen with excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly committed, able to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong leadership skills and customer focused.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation and oversea as and when required.
