We are hiring! Welcome to \xe2\x80\x9cWings by Croske Resort Langkawi\xe2\x80\x9d, Langkawi newly refurbished 4 star resort hotel for weekend or holiday escape, group tour, event, team building, and corporate functions. We are hiring the following positions with immediate intake. Job Scope & Descriptions:- 5 years working experience in pre-opening, operating, and upgrade renovation and operation transition, including managing revenue, sales, F&B, FO, overall hotel staff, handling guest and group customers. In line with other 4-5 star hotel strategies in staffing, operation, sales and marketing, utilise existing resources for balanced operation cost control, with immediate impact for perfect service dynamic fits market condition. Good hiring and sourcing, tidy and clear procurement records on hotel supplies, comparing quality and cost in line with parent company factory-direct suppliers and reference to group referred 4-5 star hotels procurement list. Work with supervisor on day to day progress of upgrade renovation work. Assist Business Director and Chairman, work with team on building SOP and culture. Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in boutique or 3-5 star hotel or resort, in Langkawi or tourist destinations.

  • Good paper work official letter writing, proposals, sales negotiation, tidy reporting in Excel, Word and Power Point is a must.
  • Take charge of hotel staff detailed KPI, micro work quality control and deadlines of completion, especially cost control and budgeting.
  • Langkawi resources experience in local staff, and nationwide suppliers is a must.
  • Fully knowledgable and hands on daily staff briefing of past day and current day KPI for operation.
  • Prompt and proactive response and feedback giving suggestions and recommendation is a must.
  • Good team player and career building together supporting each staff is a must.
  • Speaks Malay and English, and Mandirin a plus.

Conditions
  • It is a demanding job, both physically and mentally.
  • You will probably work shifts including evenings and weekends and hours can be long.
  • You may have to take your holidays at certain times, when it\'s off-peak.
  • You might be on call when off duty.
  • You might live in or near the hotel.
  • You might spend nights away from home.
