Hiring Hotel Front Office / Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Front Office to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests,you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room or service reservations. Manage phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests promptly. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction. Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records. Assist in resolving guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism. Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.

Requirements

Prior experience in a front office or customer service role is a bonus but not required; training will be provided. Proficiency in using computer systems; knowledge of booking or hotel management software is an advantage. Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
