Receiving patients at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and addressing them appropriately.
Attending to incoming/outgoing phone calls.
Receiving and sorting daily WhatsApp messages and queries.
To assist on operation tasks.
Assist all the administrative tasks as when requested by the management.
Individuals with sales and customer service experience are preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification with or without experience.
- Clinic Operating Hours: 9.00 am to 8.00 pm
- Work on shift basis
- Open Monday to Sunday
- Off day on weekdays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
