The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming environment. This role involves handling front-desk duties, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office or facility.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warmly greeting clients, walking them to the proper beauty station and alerting assigned beauticians of their arrival
Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
Booking and confirming appointments via phone and email and informing clients about new services and discounts
Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
Maintain a tidy reception area
Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned
Provide good customer service
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
At least 1-year related experience
Customer Service Oriented
Ability to communicate with customers and understand their needs
Experience in retail or telemarketing is a plus
Flexible and willing to work on certain weekends and public holidays
Active and cheerful characteristics
Conversational Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is an added advantage
(to cater to a diverse customer base).

Ensure all visitors are greeted promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and positive first impression.
Ensure clear, professional, and efficient communication with callers, visitors, and internal teams, maintaining high levels of service.
Maintain up-to-date visitor logs, appointment schedules, and communication records.
