Clean and tidy guest rooms, corridors, and assigned public areas according to hotel standards.
Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities daily or as required.
Check and restock housekeeping trolleys and storage areas with cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used, maintained, and stored safely after use.
Follow proper chemical handling procedures and safety protocols.
Assist in laundry duties such as sorting, folding, and delivering linens when required.
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning (hotel experience preferred but not required).
Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
Honest, reliable, and responsible with a positive attitude.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
