1. Daily Food & Beverage Support / ??????

Prepare and serve five meals daily (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and
supper).

Provide hot drinks, hot water, and confinement tea to rooms; replace and clean
bottles/cups.

Ensure pantry is stocked with sufficient confinement tea throughout the day. Assist with meal tray preparation, delivery, collection, washing, and proper
storage of utensils.

2. Daily Cleaning Duties / ??????

Knock and wait 2-3 seconds before entering any room to avoid interrupting
breastfeeding.

If the door sign shows "Do Not Disturb" or "Breastfeeding," inform Customer
Service to coordinate cleaning time.

Clean common areas: entrance, stairs, reception, lounge, and display shelves. Deliver prepared herbal bath to each room before lunch. Perform scheduled room cleaning: sweep, mop, remove trash, disinfect toilet,
sink, and bathroom surfaces.

Ensure air vents, fans, and corners are free of dust; clean before each new
admission or check-out.

Clean and prepare rooms for new mother admission or discharge. Verify all items are present in the room after the mother checks out. Clean kitchen tools after dinner service. Clean activity room, pantry, public toilet, and rest room daily.

3. Laundry Support / ????

Collect mothers' confinement clothes, wash, dry, and fold neatly; exchange
when cleaning the room.
