Job Responsibilities
Clean and arrange guest rooms neatly and according to hotel standards.
Record and manage inventory of dirty linens, bedding, and uniforms for external laundry services.
Maintain and ensure sufficient stock of cleaning supplies and housekeeping items.
Greet hotel guests politely and provide assistance when needed.
Wipe, dust, and polish furniture and room fixtures.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, and counters.
Vacuum carpets, rugs, and floor mats.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
Malaysian citizen
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team
