Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and laundry. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards meet 5-star resort expectations. Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping and laundry staff to deliver exceptional service. Develop cleaning schedules and maintain inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas are guest-ready. Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for smooth room turnover and upkeep. Manage departmental budgets, costs, and resource allocation effectively. Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with resort and regulatory policies. Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within a

4 or 5-star hotel/resort

. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining impeccable standards. Knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory control, and cleaning equipment. Ability to work under pressure and manage a large team.
