This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient cleaning procedures. The Housekeeping Supervisor is key in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment for guests.
Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level. Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her team
Supervise and coordinate the work activities of housekeeping contractors.
Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures set
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Conduct daily inspection with contractor supervisor for work done complete confirmation.
Supervise public areas
Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended to
Attend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel rooms
Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness
Maintain a section floor report
Conduct regular room checklist
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
