1. To ensure maximum efficiency in the performance of housekeeping attendants in areas assigned by the Executive Housekeeper, i.e guest rooms, public area, and uniform, laundry and linen division.
2. To ensure cleanliness of all rooms, function rooms, public areas and back-of-house surroundings of the Hotel. To inspect all designated areas for cleanliness and needed repairs.
3. To effective handle laundry and valet service for guests and staff, and to report any damages or loss of uniform, laundry and linen to the Executive Housekeeper immediately.
4. To initiate and maintain effective communication in the housekeeping department, to assist in training, supervision, and guidance of Housekeeping Attendant.
5. To follow-up and motivate Housekeeping Attendants in their work performance and assignments.
6. To supervise proper care and use of equipment and supplies, care of walls, floors, carpet, fixture, tools and careful handling of furniture.
7. To conduct daily and frequent inspection in designated area of responsibility for cleanliness and needed repairs. To report any defect in designated areas and follow up on maintenance request.
8. To make recommendations on procedures, personnel, equipment, and etc to the Executive Housekeeper.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
