Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards.
Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning products and equipment, and assist with covering cleaning duties when necessary.
Respond to guest requests, address complaints, and communicate customer feedback to the team to improve service.
Train, motivate, and schedule housekeeping staff, providing clear instructions and addressing any performance or interpersonal issues
Experience in Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor is needed
