Check and release rooms to ensure quality before guest arrival (VIP rooms checked thoroughly).
Handle guest requests and assist with complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Quality & Standards
Conduct daily room inspections for cleanliness and maintenance.
Lead training on housekeeping standards/SOP updates; enforce hotel policies and procedures.
Maintain high product knowledge of hotel facilities and services.
Operations
Ensure all occupied rooms are serviced by
5:00 PM
; arrivals cleaned by
3:00 PM
; VIP rooms by
12:00 PM
.
Ensure show rooms are always guest-ready at the highest standard.
Oversee housekeeping trolleys and pantries--neat, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
Report lost & found promptly to Housekeeping Office.
Attend briefings/trainings punctually; uphold fire, hygiene, health & safety policies.
Collaborate smoothly with other departments; perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience in hotel housekeeping, with prior
team leader/supervisory
exposure preferred.
Strong eye for detail, guest-focused mindset, and clear communication.
High personal grooming and hygiene standards; reliable and punctual.
Able to work
