Job Responsibility Directs the work assignment of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel Monitor Housekeeping personnel to ensure guest receive prompt and courteous service Liaise with other operating department on housekeeping matters, especially the Front Office to ensure accurate room status, in addition to communicate with laundry vendor and also work along well with the maintenance team. Schedules routine inspections by supervisors of all housekeeping areas including occupied and non-occupied rooms Inspects guest rooms and all Housekeeping areas on a regular basis to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean, in good condition and well maintained Assists in monitoring and controlling Housekeeping procedures including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety for employees and guests Works with the Executive Housekeeper on routine cleaning programs including spring cleaning. Follows up on progress of agenda items covered in regular meeting Supervises outside contractors to ensure contractual compliance Acts on behalf of the Executive Housekeeper on his/her absence as assigned Perform any other duties as and may assign from time to time by management Job Requirements Posses minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management Minimum 5 years experience in Housekeeping operations Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance task would be an added advantage Excellent organizational and team management skills Responsible, reliable, independent and has sense of urgency Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , both written and spoken Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer software application Job Benifits EPF & Socso Medical Leave Annual Leave Attractive Salary Packages Duty meals provided Uniform provided with laundry services Free parking 5 working days AIA Medical coverage (In-patient/Outpatient) Staff Training, activities & gatherings
