• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree holder
• Have at least 1 years of work experience in HR and accounting.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently with supervision and attention to detail.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Basis computer skill i.e Microsoft word, excel
• Ability to resolve complex problems and issues
• Able to work effectively under pressure
• Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
• Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines

Tanggungjawab

• Handling full set accounts
• Manage and coordinate for annual audits and tax return filings
• Establishing and reconciling all companies operating bank accounts.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasting, budgeting and statutory reports.
• Manage timely monthly closing process and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Oversee, review & implement an effective system of internal control procedures and reporting.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Search on the government grant for SME.
• Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned.
• Human Resources In Charge of recruitment
• Update and maintain employee records
• Leave administration and tracking
• Update insurance coverage for employees.
• Provide general administrative support
• Performance management review.
