Participate in manpower planning, interview and recruitment
In-charge of orientation for new hire
Monthly update of manpower reports, overtime percentage and other related reports for management
Industrial Relations
Maintain and advise on Corporate Personnel Policies
Issuing offer letter, warning letter and other correspondence related to human resource and administration
Maintain personnel files
Recommend & conduct disciplinary action, counseling, warnings, domestic enquiries and any other actions related to disciplinary
Administration of staff overtime
General correspondence with government statutory department e.g. EPF, Socso, IRD, Labor office
Administration
Liaise with Training department, section heads and coordination of staff training programs
Liaise with HQ Human Resources Division related to staff\'s payroll, personal record, compensation, resignation, and submission of monthly HR Management report
Responsible for office administration i.e. Security services, tea-lady, dispatch, and other related functions
To ensure staff are adhered to company policy, rules and regulations
