PROVIDE ACCURATE AND DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND COMPANY POLICIES ACROSS ALL COMMUNICATION CHANNELS.
RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND ISSUES EFFECTIVELY THROUGH CALLS, EMAILS, AND LIVE CHAT, ENSURING HIGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
EDUCATE CUSTOMERS ON HOW TO USE TELECOM SERVICES EFFECTIVELY, INCLUDING UNDERSTANDING THEIR SERVICE PLANS, MANAGING THEIR ACCOUNTS ONLINE, AND TROUBLESHOOTING COMMON ISSUES
FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMERS AFTER SERVICE IS RESTORED TO ENSURE THAT THEIR SERVICE IS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AND ADDRESS ANY LINGERING ISSUES.
