Responsibilities:
Monthly payroll and EPF/ CPF Submission
Annual IR8A submission and IR21 submission for foreign workers (SG)
Application/Issuance/Renewal of permits/passes for foreign workers
Issue relevant letters to staff for appointment, confirmation, increment, etc
Recruitment, Posting job ads on websites and newspapers
Shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews
Updating of leave records and attendances
Handle onboarding & offboarding for employees
Preparing & restock office pantry
Handle ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Min. O Level / Diploma in related field/ SPM with experience
At least 1 year experience in HR/ recruitment/ admin preferred
On-job training provided
Good verbal & written communication in English & Chinese
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude, well-organized & detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with meeting new people on a daily basis
Good communication
Knowledge in Info-Tech Payroll Software will be advantage.
