Hr Admin Assistant

Job Description


  • Assist day to day HR matters.
  • Assist in documenting process flow charts on HR operational procedures.
  • Assist in Payroll preparation.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Prepare letters for new hire, resignation and confirmation of employment.
  • Handle interview process (screening candidates, arranged interview)
  • Update organization charts from time to time.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in HR, Business Administration / Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of related working experience.
  • Good in Microsoft Office, Excel, Words & Power point.
  • Communicate in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin is prefereable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:

  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
