1. Responsible for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 documentation. 2. Foreign workers affairs (dealing with labor office and legal requirements and ensure policies, procedures and reporting and compliances) 3. Responsible for new recruitment of foreign worker (subject to management request) 4. Liaison with the government authorities for company operations 5. Responsible for work pass application, renewal and cancellation for all workers. 6. Monitor and provide update of CIDB Green Card renewal for all project staffs and site workers. 7. To monitor and keep track of all foreign workers permit validity and cancellation. 8. To assist HR & Admin Manager in dealing with foreign workers affairs (dealing with labor office and legal requirements and ensure policies, procedures and reporting and compliances). 9. To assist HR & Admin Manager in preparation of all required documentation for new recruitment of foreign workers. 10. To monitor for stationary use at office and site. 11. Ensure staff welfare are well taken care and to maintain office equipment. 12. To ensure proper implementation of ISO related records.
