Job Responsibilities:
  • Candidate must familiar with the requirements of the Employment Act and Labour Laws. Well-equip with relevant up-to-date knowledges and skills.
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company\'s HR department including recruitment, performance management, manpower planning, training and development, compensation & benefits, disciplinary management and employee relations.
  • To identify and manage the manpower requirements with department head/manager and business unit.
  • To handle all employees and employer relations matters and to create a platform to encourage two way communications between the staff and management to facilitate a positive working environment.
  • To ensure Safety & HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented and executed in the company.
  • Assist the management team on HR matters, including implementation and conducting performance management system. Administering staff\'s trainings including on-board training. Establish good rapport and team spirit among all levels of employees.
  • To assist in supervising and coordinating the processing of payroll and related documentation.
  • To liaison with the government departments and statutory bodies. To ensure that the company complies to all government licensing requirements and statutory body rules and regulations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc task as HR & Admin and when required by the management.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMKV, Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication and writing skill in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese.
  • Preferably candidates who is specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month Schedule:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
  • supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
