Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company\'s HR department including recruitment, performance management, manpower planning, training and development, compensation & benefits, disciplinary management and employee relations.
To identify and manage the manpower requirements with department head/manager and business unit.
To handle all employees and employer relations matters and to create a platform to encourage two way communications between the staff and management to facilitate a positive working environment.
To ensure Safety & HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented and executed in the company.
Assist the management team on HR matters, including implementation and conducting performance management system. Administering staff\'s trainings including on-board training. Establish good rapport and team spirit among all levels of employees.
To assist in supervising and coordinating the processing of payroll and related documentation.
To liaison with the government departments and statutory bodies. To ensure that the company complies to all government licensing requirements and statutory body rules and regulations.
Perform other ad-hoc task as HR & Admin and when required by the management.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SMKV, Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication and writing skill in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese.
Preferably candidates who is specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
