Posses a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities
General Job Responsibilities
Manage, lead and direct day to day Human Resource related activities including recruitment, manpower planning, payroll, compensation, benefits, employee industrial relations, performance management, and employee retention.
Conduct orientation / induction for newly join staff.
Responsible for overall quality system in Human Resource Department.
Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.
Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, KPI, policies and other Human Resource related documents.
Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment/Termination/Warning Letter/Memos.
Foster cross function relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
Arrangement of Training program and other events.
Promote a positive and open work environment.
General admin support and others relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignment.
Monthly and Daily Report Updates
Maintain and employees\' leaves, medical claims, report and attendance record and report to Manager.
Maintain Hostel , Key Deposit and bill record.
Maintain and update employee detail.
Measure employee retention and turnover rate.
Keep track and cross check all punch cards in and out schedules.
Update Employee monthly sales target allowances.
Others
Supervise office equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
Procure office and pantry supplies and ensure the inventories are updated.
