1. Manage end to end HR activities such as preparing new employment contract, resignation, promotion, confirmation of hire, warning letter and termination letter. 2.Handling full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing, benefit, compensation, recruitment and training activities. 3.To monitor the employee\'s attendance and in charge of payroll, monthly statutory submissions e.g EPF, SOCSO, EIS, & HRDF 4.Maintaining HR an up-to date records in systems. 5.Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general administrative duties including documentation and filing. 6. Good understanding of Labor Laws and updated the latest and / or changes of labor laws. 7.Positive work attitude and willingness to take up additional responsibilities.
