Job Description


Kawasaki Gas Turbine Asia Sdn Bhd invite dynamic, result orientated, proactive, responsible and committed individuals to fill in the following position:1. HR & ADMIN ASSISTANTResponsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operation of the HR functions and duties.
  • Compile and update employee records, leave & attendance and any HR documentation related
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, absences, leaves , etc).
  • Coordinate HR projects (festival event, team building, Company trip, meetings, training, survey etc)
  • Issuing appropriate invoice to relavant party
  • Issuing PR for departmental procurement requirements
  • Provide & Manage HR expenses summary
  • To assist travelling arrangement such as hotel booking, flight ticketing for staff & guest
  • Liaise with relavant vendor for job purpose
  • To support departmental in any related administration as when arises
  • To assist factory manager on building facility such as maintenance & renovation
  • Any documentation preparation related to HSE.
Requirement:- At least Diploma in Business & Admin / HR field- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply- Good interpersonal, communication, writing skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Willing to work in Shah Alam
