Kelayakan

Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources field;

Knowledge on local HR-related regulations:

Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn;

Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment;

Able to work independently and a good team player;

Proficient in MS Office;

Availability to commence work immediately or with short notice preferred.

Tanggungjawab

  • Overall in charge of administration matters.
  • Maintain all personnel-related records (personnel data, correspondence leave, appraisal);
  • Maintain all utilities - payment, records, reports
  • Responsible for the entire Office Administration, monitoring of the office general repair & maintenance, insurance renewal, stationary management, office system, equipment, etc.
  • Handle other HR administrative issues, such as Workmen\'s Compensation claims, medical, dental claim, staff welfare;
  • Provide administrative support to the department;
  • Handle co-ordination of jobs with inter-department;
  • Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
