Job Description


Job Summary: The incumbent shall be responsible to assist in carrying out all spectrum of human resource management functions, general administration as well as safety, health and environmental management of the Company. Quality checking of materials procured shall also be one of the responsibilities. Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Carry out recruitment activities when vacancy exist.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of employee records.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of employee attendance records.
  • Administer employee benefits.
  • Coordinate performance management and appraisal.
  • Prepare and process payroll data (for advance and end month payment).
  • Take care of employee welfare and organize activities to foster good employee relation.
  • Coordinate annual Training Needs Analysis and coordinate for approved training to be carried out timely.
  • Apply training grants and claim for reimbursement of training expenses incurred.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of job documentation and issuance.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of security standing instructions and monitor performance of security contractor.
  • Conduct induction for security personnel.
  • Assign tasks and supervise performance of contract cleaner.
  • Application and renewal of company licenses, permits, road tax, etc.
  • Monitor assignments and performance of dispatch contractor.
  • Administer incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of office equipment, telephone system and security facilities and meeting facilities.
  • Arrange for repairs to rectify defects on building, fixture and fittings at common area.
  • Monitor performance of general pest control and termite treatment services.
  • Raise amendment proposal immediately after new items evaluation has been approved.
  • Check lot number of consignments received against COA for the concerned consignments before approval and initiate necessary actions when lot number unmatched or other quality related issue found.
  • Check to ensure valid Chemical Safety Data Sheet (CSDS) is available for all new chemicals approved to procure and initiate necessary actions when validity of CSDS has expired.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of records and filing of documents.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent. Candidates without this qualification but with extensive experience in related field shall also be considered.
  • Working experience in similar capacity would be of advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preference would be given to candidate who has knowledge of Labour laws and various other laws related to job functions.
  • Good written and oral command of Malay and English languages. Command of Chinese language shall be of added advantage.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good initiative and able to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
