Job description Provides HR related administrative support such as compile attendance, staff benefits records and report and etc. Provides Accounting related support such as daily cash and credit card sales key-in, daily sales transaction checking & etc. Provides Administrative related support such as filing, copying, management request information compilation and etc. Provides Purchases related support such as ingredients cost compilation, key-in ordering and generate invoices and etc. Liaise with all level of team mates and relevant departments for operation reporting according to company\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines and dateline. Job requirement The candidate is required to have minimum 1 year of experience of similar position and relevant education certification \xe2\x80\x93 HR, Administrative, Secretary, Business Management & etc. \xe2\x80\x93 certificate to diploma level. Strong communication ability with both floor and kitchen staff. Attitude & personality : Mature, independent, initiative, outspoken, energetic and perform team player criteria. Languages : Bilingual of Chinese (Must) and English (preferred). Computer literate : Ms Excel, Word, Power Point Knowledge and hands-on of SQL Accounting and HR software is an advantage. Relevant experience in F&B in company is an advantage.
