Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll administration.
Support recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, employment contracts, and handle statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Prepare and issue offer letters, employment agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for new hires and consultants.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives including festive benefits, training coordination, and staff welfare programs.
Perform general administrative duties such as managing office supplies, coordinating events, and supporting daily office operations.
