Permanent contract Full Time \xef\x83\x98 Responsible for office HR administration, Worker Wages Payroll and documentation works.

\xef\x83\x98 Handle employees profile related matters, leave forms, and other HR tasks

\xef\x83\x98 Handle Foreign Workers\xe2\x80\x99 Work Permit, Time Attendance, Wages Payroll and Leaves related matters.

\xef\x83\x98 Assist in maintenance of petty cash.

\xef\x83\x98 Preparing Material Requisition and issue Purchase/Work Order \xef\x83\x98

Mapping invoices with PO & DO before forwarding to A/C Dept for payment process \xef\x83\x98

Maintain up-to-date purchasing records and filing for quick retrieval.

\xef\x83\x98 To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements
  • Minimum education level: High school
  • 3 years of experience
  • Language(s): Mandarin Chinese ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SQL Server
  • Driver\'s license: Car
  • Availability to travel: No
  • Availability of change of residence: No
