HR Scope:
1. Responsible to check, verify and calculate staff monthly overtime(OT) and process using HR2000 payroll software and subsequently generate all necessary reports.
2. Responsible to process staff monthly salary and deduction using HR2000 payroll software and generate related reports according to statutory requirements e.g EPF, Income Tax, SOCSO and EIS.
3. To assist registration with HRD Corp. for all staff training and development programs.
4. To be in charge in other related HR matters such as staff leave management, medical entitlement, hiring process, employee relations and industrial matters, staff confirmation, staff appraisal and etc.
5. Able to assist in general administration matters as and when required.
6. Perform any others assignment from time to time as instructed.
Knowledge in HR2000 payroll software and able to start work immediately is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
