Job Description

HR Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding until offboarding. Handle monthly payroll & statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, HRDF). Administer staff benefits: leave, insurance, medical, etc. Maintain accurate employee records & HR databases. Prepare and submit Form E. HR correspondence including employment letter, confirmation, termination, etc. Handle staff disciplinary issue in align with Malaysia Labour Law.

Admin & Compliance



Oversee tenancy agreements and all business licenses (e.g., SSM, DBKL, premise). Handle road tax & insurance for company vehicles. Coordinate with outlets on admin and compliance matters. Perform other ad-hoc Administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Valued Qualifications



Diploma/Degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR/admin role. Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act & statutory requirements. Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Able to speak/read

Mandarin

is an added advantage due to business nature. Able to start on

short notice or immediately

is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
