Responsible for monthly payroll administration and staff attendance verification.
To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
To assist in the internal recruitment and selection process, including candidate sourcing, scheduling for interviews and collaborate with hiring manager to understand staffing needs.
To facilitate employees' onboarding and offboarding process such as induction training and exit interview
To generate monthly HR reports in timely and accurate manner, including all periodic and annual regulatory filing and submission of HR regulatory documents.
Assist in organizing company event and training by providing general administrative support.
Assist with development and maintenance of HR policies.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns by providing guidance and resolution as needed.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 1 -2 year(s) of full human resources generalist experience, preferably in the retail industry
Familiar with Employment Act, Labour Laws and other related statutory requirements.
Discipline, well organized, show great attention to detail, reliable and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word and Excel, Basic Letter & Email Writing
Able to handle tight timeline
Organized, responsible and detail-oriented person
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
