Job Description



Responsibilities :

Handle monthly

payroll processing

, including

overtime (OT) calculation

and statutory contributions (

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB

). Manage

recruitment and staffing needs

, including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new hires. Prepare and submit related

HR forms

to

LHDN

(e.g.,

CP22

, stamping, etc.). Handle

foreign worker permits

and related applications, renewals, and documentation processes. Coordinate with the

Project Department

to obtain and update employee listings and related information. Maintain accurate

employee records

and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.

Qualification

:

SPM, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1 years' experience in HR roles Well versed in Microsoft Office - MS Excel, Word & Power Point

Familiar with HR vendor systems

(e.g., payroll or attendance management platforms). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
