foreign worker permits
and related applications, renewals, and documentation processes.
Coordinate with the
Project Department
to obtain and update employee listings and related information.
Maintain accurate
employee records
and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.

Qualification
:
SPM, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 years' experience in HR roles
Well versed in Microsoft Office - MS Excel, Word & Power Point
Familiar with HR vendor systems
(e.g., payroll or attendance management platforms).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
