Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Support onboarding of new employees
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR database updates
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive HR information
Job Requirements:
Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented F&B environment
High level of attention to detail and organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). TimeTec knowledge is a plus
Professional, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
