A reputable MNC is looking to hire a HR & Admin Executive to be based at their George Town, Penang office.Human Resources:
Deliver end-to-end support for HR operations and office administration.
Oversee payroll preparation with accuracy and manage reimbursement claims.
Lead the recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely fulfilment of talent needs.
Handle employee documentation, including contracts, leave records, and appraisal processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Maintain and update employee databases and personnel files systematically.
Employee Engagement and Welfare:
Facilitate staff engagement activities and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee welfare.
Office Administration:
Manage administrative operations, including office facility upkeep and maintenance services.
Key Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on payroll, employee relations and office admin
Mandarin language skills are essential for providing client support
Good knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and labour laws
