We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage the full spectrum of human resources and general administration functions. Based in our Bayan Lepas office, you will be the key person ensuring HR compliance, efficient office operations, and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Malaysian labour laws and bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach to our dynamic logistics team.
Job Responsibilities
Human Resources Management:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
Administer employee benefits, leave, attendance, and maintain up-to-date personal files.
Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and queries.
Compliance & Legal:
Ensure full compliance with all Malaysian statutory requirements (Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
Handle and process all foreign worker permits, visas, and immigration-related matters (e.g., PLKS).
Stay updated on changes to labour laws and immigration regulations.
General Administration:
Oversee daily office administration, including facility management and office supplies.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and government departments.
Manage company assets and coordinate travel arrangements or company events.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HR & General Administration roles.
Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding and practical application of Malaysian Labour Law and immigration procedures is mandatory.
Industry Preference: Experience within the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain industry is a strong advantage.
Language:
Required: Basic proficiency in Malay and English.
Preferred: Ability to speak Mandarin to coordinate with regional stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Added Advantage: Experience or knowledge of Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and procedures will be highly regarded.
